You know what's funny is the people making claims that others on here have no life are the very same ones stirring up the board controversy like there lives depend on it.

Makes no sense.

Lighten folks, you can't see, smell, touch, or taste this board.

Seems like there's a lot of peeps on this board and the other one that need to kick back, relax, and get blazed if you know what I mean.

I haven't been around in 2 days, so my karma is fresh, come and get it.

By the way, all went well with interview in Baltimore for those who care to know. Should here back either way Wends. Going to go talk to Santa Claus 2morrow and tell him my wish.

Flew up there, first time flying since Sept. Man Nashville was alright, few soilders. Baltimore, they were crawling the place, stopped all exiting (?) traffic. Didn't make sense seeing we had got off the plane.

The interview was casual, lasted 5 hours with 6 groups of 2 interviewers. I answered most questions real well I felt, ya know the ones about teamwork (big hype nowadays) expectations, geographical preferences (really got none). My work experience really helped, along with computer knowleadge. I think I hit it off real well. But they wouldn't of acknoweadged if I didn't. That company is soo awesome. I am sure that I did real well. Find out by Wensday. I got two friends that work for them, one of them was part of the interviewing team, he should help.

Next step, if there is one, is to tour the branch location that I choose. Figure it will either be Baltimore (big chance), Ft. Lauderdale, Chicago or Houston. Think I avoided Detriot. Damn I wish it was Wendsday. I really want in with this company. They have been growing remarkably, got division managers that graduated and went to work 5-6 years ago. I have one other company I like lined up right now for a fall back, but I really want this one.

Hehe . . . yeah I know about that so-called "team work" concept.

Well I deffinitely hope you get it. Seems like somewhere you want to be, and that's whats most important.

Good luck bro.

Thanx man, it's the type of work, the opportunities and excellent training they do. We'll see.

Yeah the big "teamwork" concept is the phrase. I was prepared on answering questions and giving experiences. Everyone wants to know how you work in teams.

Yeah corporations blow smoke up your ass with there concept of team work is nothing more than throwing a group of people good or bad doesn't matter together and everyone being responsible for the outcome regardless of who does what. which the outcome is always biased at best.

The truth about team work is that everyone should be responsible individualy for pulling there own weight and contributing equally for the benefit of the team and the success of the company.

Of course you will never see this because most management teams don't seem to be qualified collectively for the responsibilities given.

Yeah I know, sounds like a rant but as Kurt Angle would say . . .

"It's true, It's true" . :)
