Vertical jump as same as normal, so not overeaching yet.

I did some olys, full lifts with bar for form work and warmup. Had an ex-competitive olylifter check my form. He said I had the basics down, except I'm muscling too much, and not using speed to get under the bar fast etc.

still battling low blood sugar? what have you tried to fix that? it seems pretty bad, considering you actually passed out from it :dodgy:

I had this problem too but I found out I can fix it by carbing up correctly before my workout. what worked the best was eating a box of lowfat waffles (about 100g carbs) with natty peanut butter about 1.5 hours before my workout. I felt like I could have kept going forever. but since I'm trying to keep fat levels down I use oatmeal or beans+meat now (like 80-90 g carbs) which works not quite as well but keeps me from yawning and wanting to leave.

is this your last week of loading?

Well I think I have another 20lbs in me so I could probably hit 285 for 5x5 in 2 weeks time, unless of course the loading hits me hard before then :)

no I just started loading....
first 2 weeks were base cycle, now I'm loading up for the next 3 weeks. I'll keep loading until I feel like crap, whichever comes first :D

Blood sugar is always a problem, the only time I ever felt good was when I only ate veges and meat. Cut out all the carbs etcs
