those poses show the entire body, nothing left hidden, thats why they are standard for shows, we can post pics demonstrating them to make sure every one knows

im not familiar with some poses and have zero experience posing.
but rest assured there will be no bodypart left out of my pics.

from head to toe youll see it all.. well.. maybe not my schlong..

Someone post up a site that gives you all you need to know about posing if you have it. It can be the difference!

That said. If you guys like I can have national level judges take a look at the pictures and give you feedback...

(carth and elite members please feel free to add anything that i may have left out detrimental to the judging process:

PROPORTION

SYMMETRY

MASS

BODYFAT

there will NOT be any judges.
carth and i have agreed to conduct a poll so that all members can participate.

please vote for the man you feel is the winner, and NOT for the bro youre buddies with or has helped you out.. damn.. i shouldnt say that i got quite a crew here.. lol.. but whats right is right..

I never recall agreeing to that. There has to be a fair way of doing this. That poll shit doesn't seem fair at all! And in regards to poses. Someone has to teach me that shit or tell me what to do. I'm not that INTO bodybuilding. I don't know what name of the poses are. And I don't know how to CORRECTLY do them.

Someone with high authority on this forum. Like Mods, and mentors should probably discuss how we are going to vote. And most importantly what shots need to be done and how.

And once that is done. Both Satch and I should be notified.

I would keep it to people who have competed or who are actual judges...
A lot of guys and girls on here have no basis for a vote. I have worked at the Olympia, been to numerous shows, worked at shows and have a lot of friends in the industry. What does that mean? My vote is shit. I am really not qualified for voting!
