HI, I am back and going to try keep my journal.
I am 5'6" almost 28 y. old

weight-???? do not wanna know around 130..stoped weight myself.
I was diagnosed hypothyroid 2 years ago..now I am probably overmedicated, my endo..at first tried get me off from synthroid, but it was the worst what she could do..I do not wanna blame her, but she just looked at numbers on the paper and not my feeling, so now I am back on my dosage 200mcg SYNTHROID + 25MCG CYTOMEL, now I am waiting for test result.

GOAL- DECREASE BF- I will go this week measure BF

WORKOUT PROGRAM

1.DAY

CHEST/BACK/BIC

1.Flat bench press 4 setsx15 rep
2.lat pulldown wide grip pull to upper chest 4 sets x 15 rep
3.straight bar biceps curl 4 sets x 15 rep
4. flat dumbell fly 4 sets x 12 rep
5.T bar row wide grip 4 sets x 12 rep
6. alternating dumbell curl 4x 12 rep

between sets Push ups, lunges, jump rope, ..ABS

CARDIO 45 min or class- step aerobik, cardio kickboxing..bootcamp + ABS

3.DAY

SHOUL/LEG/TRI
1. shoulders press bar 4 sets x12 rep
2. Squat 4 sets x 12 rep
3. Triceps pushdown cable straight bar 4 x 12
4. shoulders press dumbell 4x 12 rep
5. leg extension 4x 12
6. one arm triceps pushdown 4x 12

between sets abs/ push-ups/ step-up/ jump rope/...

4.DAY

45-60min cardio + ABS

5. DAY

CHEST/BACK/BI
1. incline bench press
2. seated low row close grip
3. standing single arm biceps cable curl
4. incline dumbell fly
5. one arm row
6. hammer alternating dumbell curl
between sets push-ups, abs, steps-up....

2. leg press both feet hip width 4x 10

6. inverted triceps cable pushdown

between sets ABS/push-ups/ steps-up/lunges....

9.DAY

CARDIO 45-60min- some class +ABS

10. DAY

CHEST/BACK/BI
1. seated chest press 4x15 rep
2.lat pulldown using close grip pulldown
3. cambered bar curl 4x15
4. seated horizontal fly
5. dumbell pullover
6. both arm dumbell curl together{palms up} 4x 15

between sets ABs/push-ups/jump rope....

11.DAY

CARDIO 45-60min +ABS

12.DAY

SHOULD/LEG/TRI
1. shrug 5x 15rep
2. walking lunge with dumbells
3. lying triceps dumbell extension
4. shoulders press seated machine
5. single leg step up with dumbells
6. triceps pushups

between sets ABS/step ups/push up...

13. DAY

45-60min CARDIO + ABS

14. DAY

OFF

15. DAY..16. DAY...repeats all cyclus...

[B]EATING SCHEDULE[/B]

try eat between 1300 -1500 cal. I wanna use for counting calories FITDAY!!!
WOULD LIKE YOUR ADVICES TO MY WORKOUT ROUTINE and EATING HABITS..I have really difficult time to lose weight..no matter what I do, I can't. For all recommendations and advices thanks.
 
Did you ever try HIIT instead of long steady state cardio? I know we have been telling you to try that for years .... can't remember if you have done it or not.
 
I will try it, but if I wanna do 45-60min cardio..it's becasue I wanna take a class..it's change and some of classes are cool. but if I do not have class I will try HIIT. I am going to finde some info about HIIT now.

CARDIO KICKBOXING 1 hour...it's great.Ilove it!!

4 oz chicken breast
lettuce
{green peas+beets+1TB corn}
 
4.MEAL
4 oz chicken breast
huge salad..lettuce, snow peas,tomatoes
2 sushi..vegetarian..mm
diet coke

I know I should add more calories..tommorow I will!!!
I feel good!!!

5 min warm up 10% incline 3.5mph
30s 14% incline 3.7mph
60s recovery 14% 3mph
6x rep {16,5min} than 10min cool down

I was sweating..it was pretty good, just my throat was hurting littel bit.

1/2 pita bread

3.MEAL

6 almonds
corn, black beans, 1TB chickpeas
