SARMS Log Cardio Focus

BLM Shot

Bigger, Stronger, Faster
I got my SARMS today in the mail!!!

I will be running 50mg as most people have suggested. I am sure I will play with this a bit, but my night vision blows so I will not likely go higher for long and I will not hit 100mg.

I am 6'2"
35yrs
198
15%

My goals are to drop a bit of BF (I have been running for years and can't seem to shed the extra). My diet is good with organic, local (when I can) food and nothing processed. I am improving on ratios and portions the more I read. This will likely have an effect on the BF, but I am hoping the SARMs accelerates the process.

Other goals are to improve speed and distance in my running, biking, swimming and hiking.

I will also be lifting weights. I am looking for gains in strength, but nothing major and I am not looking to put on much weight.

And, of course, for vanity reasons- I would like to look a little more cut and hard.

My first dose was today and I won't talk about taste as we have all heard how fruitylicious it is. I am going to dose everyday for now, but move into the 5 on 2 off that I have read is good.

After my first dose and on my way to run- I felt a little electricity running through my body. As I am not thinking it was the SARMS already, I would have to say I was very excited about my SARMS cycle as I have never done anything like this ever before.

I did get some heartburn, which I do attribute to the SARMS. However, I am prone to heartburn (strange since I love hot sauce).

OK, so I am not expecting SARMS to be working already, but check this out.

I took my first dose on Sat am, then had a balls out cardio day- Saturdays are always like this. Nothing really to note here, but Sun am I woke up and my wife, who has no clue I am taking this, says "the line in the middle of your chest is more pronounced today" "it looks good".

Sunday is a rest day with no cardio and no weights.

Today, I hit the bike and felt strong. I was tired, but still felt like I could keep going -my head wasn't into it, but my legs were.

Then I hit the weights. Reps and weight were the same as last week, but they felt a little easier to push. When I was done lifting weights, I knew I was tired, but not the I can barely lift my arms tired I usually am on Mondays.

My shoulder usually hurts halfway through Monday, but no pain as I sit here typing. I notice it a little, but normally I can't lift it for the rest of the day.

I also feel like I have a little confidence and swagger like when I was in my early 20's.

Overall I feel good. I am not sure if this is due to the SARMS or the fact that I know I am taking SARMS.

Those are the same effects i experienced running my first SARMS

Well, I am a little bummed. Last night I felt what I thought might be an overuse injury. I iced it, elevated, and then went to bed hoping it would be just a tweak and gone in the morning. Sure enough, it is still there.

Oh well, a couple days off the run and I should be good.

Today was going to involve a lot of interval training. Wed is an off day or a light play day (mtn bike, fun hike, ski, etc) if I feel good. I guess I will take today and Wed off from Cardio and hope to feel good on Thurs.

Maybe SARMS helps with recovery from injuries?????

I had been rocking 2 a days for too long anyway and could use the rest.

ok so 1 week in and, unfortunately due to my injury I cannot speak of the cardio effect. My leg is feeling better though and I will likely be getting back after it on Monday.

Other than that. I have noticeably leaned out. Remember, I was 15% at the beginning of this so I think I would see those effects quickly, but will likely drop off soon. My wife measured my bicep and it is an inch bigger!

The wifey says the line in my chest is getting more defined each day and my shoulder are blowing up. My shoulder have always been my strong point even when I was a kid and now. Last night I put on a dress shirt that was getting a little snugger on me anyway, but now I can't wear it because the shoulders are too tight.

As far as my lifting goes it does not seem to be overly easy right when I start as it did the first couple days of SARMS. Interestingly, though, the more I work out- the easier it gets. I think I will spend more time on my warm-up than normal from here on out.

Vision side- got em. I have been doing 75mg one day and 50mg the next so I will back down to straight 50mg as the lights were all yellow last night. This is not bothersome and I have had no issue of eyes adjusting, I still see even when coming into a dark room from bright. The lights just have a yellow hue.

I am itching to run. I am going to give the leg a test run today. Slow and on dirt.

So happy to be back on the run today. However, I have a few kinks to work out as the calves seized up a bit. So I slowed down, stretched, stopped, walked, stretched, walked, jogged and continued this until I somehow put together about 4 miles (I was shooting for 5 for my first run back from an injury). It was rough and my head was not in the game when I got to the weights.

I did not take sarms on the weekend as per many people recommending 5 on 2 off and the yellow hue I was seeing. I hit up 50mg today and even though my head was not into it, I still managed to push more weight than I was last week.

Again the more I worked out the stronger I felt. I still never wanted to crush the weights, but since I was pushing more weight, I was happy and had a good overall workout with no pain.

Usually my shoulder hurts quite bad, but not at all today. There are a couple of exercises that absolutely kill my shoulder and I could "feel " it with those, but once done with said exercise, the shoulder pain went away. I should be in pain right now, but for the love of sarms- I am not!!!

I have promised myself to stay at 50mg, but I am itching to swallow another 25 before bed......I just may. The yellow hue is kind of cool anyway. In the am light it makes everything look golden and warm. It actually relaxes me and puts a smile on my face.

Yeah I had similar experience with a forever shitty shoulder. I mean I would wake up in night after pain...Its been bad forever. My shoulder is still good almost 2 weeks post last SARMS dose. If SARMS did nothing else but aid in joint repair imo its well worth it. Glad to here someone else got a similar result. Of course I dumped a lot of fat gained some muscle and lifts are all up which I am more than happy too.

IMO Id consider dosing it twice a day....Best of luck!

agreed, I would split the dose AM and PM if you can.

Sounds good. I will split from here on out.

Also- vision sides: I was seeing the yellow hue at night. Tonight when I drove I had NO yellow hue on the oncoming lights. I took Sat/Sun off so, it seems, the vision sides dissipate quickly.

I will be going 25 am and 25 pm from here on out so I will report on sides and try not to to go more than 50 ED

Well.....that didn't take long. I convinced myself to take 60mg split as I just have a free oral syringe from the pharm and it is easier measure 30 than 25.

Anyone else get VIVID dreams while on sarms? I rarely(if ever) remember dreams, but since my love affair with sarms I have been remembering a lot of dreams. :rainbow:

Great thread, I have a rotator cuff injury from a car accident, no pain here either while on sarms

I got through hours of Cardio and never got sore or burnt out while on SARMS, that was nice.

-Legacy

I don't think it is the sarms that was causing issues for me while running. I had an injury and I am working out the kinks.

I am looking forward to getting back on track and running fast and far again. In the meantime, the gains with the weights are nice.

Yeah im sure ur issues rnt from the SARMS :-)

I have not been this happy with a work out in a long time. I have been lifting regularly for about 2 years now and before that it was on and off. As long as I can remember, I have always had to quit early on my leg days because of knee pain. I had an injury that was misdiagnosed when I was young and now have irreversible damage.

Today, I was able to do a full leg workout with more weight than ever with no knee pain at all. Even if sarms did nothing except get rid of all my nagging injuries while I am on it- it is worth it.

As far as cardio goes- today was a stellar day and I am back on track and my legs have more to give than my lungs. Even when I am exhausted and running fully anaerobic at length, my legs can give me a little more kick.

The absence of pain is all the reason I need to take sarms. This alone helps me workout longer and more efficiently. The addition of busting through plateaus and pushing more weight than ever has me ordering another bottle.

Nice work sarmssearch:biggrin:

So I was sore in the legs today after my crushing leg workout on Tues. I took Wed off totally (usually just take running off) and I was still a bit tired today. I had a hard time motivating in the gym, but once I got started I crushed my run. It seems the more I progress into my workout the easier it is and more focused I get since I have been on sarms.

My run could have been a bit better, but I think I am still working out the injury I sustained last week. I think the sarms allowed me to bounce back quickly(faster than normal/pre-sarms) from the injury last week. Although I am not back to 100%, I think the sarms has me back close in a short time. Again, I praise the injury relieving properties of sarms.

Awsome. I have some knee problems too. Im hoping it helps mine out alittle once i start it. Nice log though. Cant wait to try this stuff

I have major knee problems and I have not felt even a twinge of pain since sarms. You will love it for that reason. I have been able to push off with that leg like never before.

I realize this is suppose to be a cardio focus, but my injury has prevented that thus far. However, the sarms has helped me bounce back faster from a running induced injury.

Also, does anyone else sleep a ton on this stuff? I am well rested but since sarms I have been getting, easily, 10-11 hours of uninterrupted, restful quality sleep.

So just over 2 weeks into my sarms and I am very happy. I have settled on 60mg split into 30/30. Instead of going totally off for the weekend I am doing 30 on Sat and Sun.

I forgot to mention the heartburn I experienced with the first dose hasn't happened since.

I am back on my cardio after my injury and feeling good. My legs are strong and my sprint times for interval training are improving. This could be due to the rest while injured or the sarms or both. I am going a little of both as coming off rest improves my distance running, but never my short (1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, mile and 1.5) sprints.

As I have said with lifting- the more and longer I lift, the stronger and easier the weight is to push; so goes the running. The longer I am running- the stronger the legs feel. As far as interval training goes, I usually dread it (still do), but normally when I am done- that is all for me. The last couple I have added a couple of sprints at the end just because I have it in me.

My body fat has dropped to 14%.

I have been getting tons of good sleep with really cool vivid dreams- I never remember dreams.
I have some visions sides, but not bad. They consist of making the light look a golden warm tone at low light (am and pm), but nothing major- kind of cool actually.

Sex drive is great.

I have little to no aggression.

Skin is great.

Joints and old injuries are GONE (for now).

I am very happy with the small improvements I am seeing. I was not looking for anything major, just a little to push me to the next level and I believe sarms has helped in the short time I have been taking it. I have never cycled so I have nothing to compare it to and would suspect sarms gains are nothing compared to test, etc. I will do a small cycle in Jan and I look forward to the comparison.

How long are/have people run sarms for and what are your thoughts?

hows it the sarms going?

I have not been able to get on a computer and it will be this way for the remainder of the summer. I have decided to stop sarms for now as I have a pretty bad injury to my leg. I am getting it worked out and hope to start back up soon.

As of now, I have been off sarms for 5 days and my vision is back to 100%. I still feel strong and lifted more weight today than I have in the past 2 weeks. I did a quick full upper body workout and felt very strong.

I am disappointed as this injury has prevented me from really assessing the affects of sarms on cardio. I have had the injury from almost the getgo. I hope to have another go at it as soon as the injury heals. At that point, I will continue my log as soon as I can.

My libido seems to be a bit lowered at this point and I am not at attention in the am. I will be taking HCGenerate (thanks needto) until I feel it is time to start back up with sarms.

Other than the big injury to my leg all the other old injuries are still not affecting me. If sarms does nothing else than relieve those pains- it is well worth it. If pains come back from the old injuries, I will report. I hope the sarms will keep the aches in check even though I am off it for now.

Anyone have old injuries that were quelled by sarms and how long did it take for those aches to come back once you stopped sarms?

yeah it was great . it wasnt boring you left me wanting more lol...

be keen to see some bridging/ cutting logs on this sarms4.
thanks for your time and efforts in this log, well done and all the best with that leg bro.

So I have been off sarms S4 for 13 days and the old aches and pains are creeping back in. The old shoulder injury is back pretty much full force, but I have been ripping off tons of pull-ups so it is a bit expected. I have also been doing lots of shoulders with a buddy of mine (very beneficial for my job).

My old knee injury is there, but not as bad as pre-sarms.

I may start sarms back up just to rid the pain from these injuries. Hmmmm....how long can one stay on sarms at one time?

Seriously, how long would be too long?

I have asked a few questions throughout my log and no answers. I am a little surprised no one has input on the things I have asked. If you do please post it up. I would love to hear others experiences specific to the things I have asked.

Thanks in advance.

Oh yeah, I have been taking HCGenerate after the sarms and my libido is through the roof.I wake up in the middle of the night to piss and I have wood. That hasn't happened since I was 18! I feel great with an overall sense of well-being and general happiness.

HCGenerate is wicked awesome!

I would go for 4-5 weeks at a time and then take the same amount of time off.
