SARMS Legality Question

I bought SARMS from unique for my rats June 5th, they went into customs on June 12th because whoever opened it indicated that it needed to be inspected by Health Canada. Health Canada has been backed up but within the next 2 weeks they should get to looking at the package.

My question is, is there a possibility of it being siezed? Has this ever happened that anyone knows of? I would think since it is currently legal and has "not for human consumption" on it, that they don't really have a legitimate reason to sieze or am i missing something? I feel like I'm screwed lol, now a professional is going to be inspecting this package..

I would think that since it is sold and distributed as a research chemical, that you would be fine....but I'm not sure how Canadian laws differ from the US
I'll look into it but as far as I know the laws are pretty similar. From what I've read there's 2 possible issues. If the package shows that it is designed for human consumption they may present a problem. So they would need to establish that the chemicals are not for research purposes but actually are for human consumption.

yea like rickrock said, IF the laws of canada are similar to those of US, then as long as it clearly states somewhere on a label that it is "NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION," then it should be good to go.

your pretty much at their mercy and discrepency bro... there's no way any of us can tell you what they will ultimately do... just hope for the best... the way that they are worded then you would think it would be okay but they can pretty much do whatever they want... i hope it works out for you...

Thanks guys, yea health canada is pretty much the canadian version of the FDA, so they can do whatever the hell they want. If the package didn't include a syringe I'd be a lot more confident but there's really nothing I can do. Anyone with experience with unique's packaging style does it clearly state on the bottles not for human consumption? On the declaration forms what do they classify the substance as, a research chemical?
