sarms dosage help!

hello, i just got my s4 and osta today and ready to get started! the only problem is that on the dropper from the osta has measurements but on the s4 there are none. how do u proerly measure both ? do i need an ins pin or what, im lost can somebody please help me?

i bought myself an oral syringe / dropper. Alot more accurate considering that you do NOT want to OD on the S4.

I use a slin pin with the pin cut off
