I should be seeing my SARMS soon! I am pretty excited to try this stuff out and see what it does for me.
A little intro info here. I have never been on the juice before. I am 35 6'2" 198 with about 15% BF. My diet might not be perfect in the sense of portion sizes and carb to protein ratios. However, I do not eat refined sugars, corn syrup, preservatives, pre-prepared foods, etc. I eat plenty of veg, fruit, and protein from meat and fish. My carb intake supports my cardio focused training. I eat as local and organic as I can (our food industry is F'd up- but that is another thread that I could go on forever about).
I have been running for over 10 years and an avid hiker all my life. I have been lifting more seriously the past 2 years. I do not want to get big as it is not beneficial to my job. I am looking to cut out some BF, harden up my muscles, and above all else get faster when running and be able to run longer at higher paces. This is really my focus here SARMS and runing/cardio.
I do not have time to run a cycle with eq in it, as has been recommended to me. I will be running that stacked with some other goodies next winter.
For now SARMS has been recommended to me and that is what I am going to start with.
My question is has anyone done a lot of cardio on SARMS. I am running 1 hour mon, 1.5 tues, 1.5 Thurs, 1 Fri, and 2-3 on Sat. These are at about a 8 minute pace. I also mix in HIIT and I will do 2 a days on Tues and Thurs. I also am lifting, but not to get huge. My focus is on cardio and for the purpose of this thread I am looking for feedback on your experiences while on SARMS and doing cardio. What should I expect? Any cramping, breathing issues, joint pain, etc?
Bring it on. I want to hear and learn from you.
