San's "Vault" is this stuff like NO-explode?

Right now I'm taking No-Explode, as well as CEE pre-workout.

Is this vault product, a N02 product like no-explode, or is it a CEE product?

BSN N0-Explode is also a hemodilator/volumiser supplement. They refer to their creatine matrix as 2CM.
