ok I was thinking of using Sandbags to help facilitate the activity of lifting someone for a Slam
some ideas are to get the sand in a duffelbag
stand at the bag and squat down as if for a deadlift sort of
then just lift
I'm just wondering if this would be more benificial then a true Deadlift...
