1st off, winstrol or anavar... pick one or the other, and if you pick the var you need to increase dose to at least 50mg/day. I wouldnt run winstrol for more than 8wks at a time, but that's your call. Proviron IMO is worthless for a man at less than 50mg/day. I'd do 600mg of the eq, but that's also your call. And I'd think about getting some hcg to help aid in PCT.

agreed, eq at 600 for good results, go with the var at 50mg ed minimum, and you may wanna get your bf down a bit before you start for best results.

var is better cause you won't get joint pain like winny, winny is great but if you can afford the var more power to you.

I agree. No need to do 2 orals at the same time. I'd bump the Test and EQ up to 600mg. Extend that 600mg's of EQ and Test to 12 weeks. Pick one of two concerning Var and Winny. Drop the Proviron. Unless you feel itchy nips, don't use Nolva until pct time. Use Nolva and HCG for pct. Something like this.

Test @ 600mg 1 - 12
EQ @ 600mg 1 - 12
WV @ 50mg 7 - 12
HCG @ 1,500 IU (m,w,f) 13 - 15
Nolva @ 60mg / ed 13 - 15
Nolva @ 40mg / ed 16 - 18
