Hiya! I do read your threads. I've just been busy this semester and last summer, so I have been lurking more than posting. I'm here pretty much every day unless I'm out of state or something.

Samoth is a permutation of Thomas -- Thomas Haugen of the seminal Norwegian black metal band Emperor (not defunct). I've been a fan of death and black metal since early adolescence.

Stefka is awesome.

The emphasis is on the 'a' in Samoth, like SAh-moth. Pronunciation in Norway is somewhat skewed due to accents, but that's how native english-speakers pronounce it.

Stefka is totally not my alter, lol. She's the one that knows about law.
