Salmon post workout, yes or no..?

Hey! Post workout I always wait about 40min to one hour before I eat anything, this allows me to burn more fat postworkout, and It works great. Well one hour after I eat carbs with a GI of 80-100 and with that salmon, about 200grams. I've heard It's not that good while cutting to eat fat post workout, does this also include omega-3 fat(from the salmon). What do U say?
 
Drink your protein after w/o for recovery. Whey protein is the best ot take post w/o. Whey is fastly absorbed protein. Eat the salmon a little later. Salmon is a great source of protein. So keep it in your diet but not as a post w/o protein.

salmon is as good as tuna

but you'd better have a shake post workout

steak ? beef ? when cutting (cardio) lean fish, chicken or turkey is better
