Hey! Post workout I always wait about 40min to one hour before I eat anything, this allows me to burn more fat postworkout, and It works great. Well one hour after I eat carbs with a GI of 80-100 and with that salmon, about 200grams. I've heard It's not that good while cutting to eat fat post workout, does this also include omega-3 fat(from the salmon). What do U say?
