I'm not hating. Our salesmen use salesforce.com cloud software. I don't use it myself, but from what I see, it looks like a useless overpriced investment.
 
saleforce is a great software...it's like a multiusage CRM suite and everything is linked to the cloud pretty badass

I support salesforce for several companies ranging from 911 dispatched through financial/banking companies, they changed the sales force main screen a while back, I dont fucking approve, it's even more annoying to open a damn ticket :mad:

Sounds like you work with companies that have shitty developers; my home screens are money. Their case management system is weak I'll give you that. It's salesforce.com not case.com so the competitive advantage in the company is in harvesting the data not case management hence recent acquisitions in desk.com, remedyhelpdesk, data.com to name a few.

What do you want to know about the platform? I haven't worked with it from an operational perspective but was accountable for evaluating it for some purposes as part of an RFP.
