Saints vs. Jets!!!!

gunna be a great game. im nervous about it but i truly believe the saints will win 42-17. yet i still am nervous. the dome will be rockin. Jets fans... i want to know if yall really trust Sanchez and if yalls D is really as good as advertised. also how do yall think think the game will go? its gunna be an entertaining one
 
yeah i think that the jets run blitz will open up options for brees. i believe colston will be shut down hard by revis but our other wide outs are great to. i think it will be brees that beats them and our running game will be pretty much shut down. also our D is pretty good but i still think the jets will get an easy 17
 
you're probably right but thats just like my saints fan feeling ya know? if i had to give a pessimistic score i would say Saints 28 Jets 17

lol you're crazy with tht score prediction. No way is it going to be that much of a blowout. It will be a good game, for sure...close enough that I can't call it...but saints by 25?? Pass whatever the hell it is you're smoking!

At least 14 points we beat the eagles at home by over 20 the jets in the dome? HaHa good luck NY you are gonna need it.BTW i hate the fuckin jets.
 
as a NY Jets hater from NJ, i would fucking love to see them win on sunday----------- fucking saints fans are splurging all over the place
 
i do think the jets will shut down the run and colston but can they handle brees... IMO no fucking way in hell. But seriously though who do the jets have at DB that is really good besides Revis? (that was serious, not sarcastic, i really dont know)
 
I like both teams very well, as I have been a Cowboys fan for all my life. I can give you a fair opinion.

First, there is no way that its going to be a blowout as stated! Thats wishful thinking even with the high-powered offense of the Saints. Its going to be Saints offense against the tough stingy Defense of the Jets. It will be Mark Sanchez against a fair defense(not good but not worst)to score points. We know Drew Brees is going to get some points BUT its going to be a much lower score than his first 2 games.

Second, homefield advantage goes to the Saints. Sean Peyton is a very very good offensive coach!! Jets coach Ryan is stingy and is very clever cause he wants to win that bad also. I have to say, its clash of the Titans so turnovers are the reason one team WILL lose. Its going to be turnovers that is going to be the top answer for the loss. Who wants it more? Drew Brees, MArk Sanchez, Jets Defense,???

actually. i have a feeling that the real point of interest in this game (the deciding factor) will not be the saints high powered offense vs. the jets stingy D. rather the jets offensive and saints D will be the serious difference in the game. turnover and special teams being the key

I'm a fan of multiple teams but you never find me NOT pumping the Saints up. You only seem to show up when a particular team is doing well.

Bucs suck this year, but I've always had a soft spot for them. Pity I guess.

i really think we'll only go 10-6 after looking at this, maybe 11-5 max, wouldn't be surprised to see 9-7. We are so inconsistent it's insane. We can go out one week and destroy a team like the giants and the next week, lose at home to the chiefs

well i think that you guys will stay tough after the jets going into your bye week and take the giants.....

I did forget that MIA lost pennington, so yeah i would probably switch that but after beating the Jets/Giants (if my predictions go correctly) the saints will be so in love with themselves going up against a weak Miami team that they'll lose composure for 2 games, then gain it back.

to be fair, their first 3 games were

@ATL- 19-7
IND- 27-23
SD- 23-13 and you wouldn't have guessed it if you watched the game.

Without Chad, it will be damn hard, but i can see them pulling an upset vs NO at home coming off a bye week.

A loss to miami and a win against the giants? You crazy?

Also think you'll lose to NE. 11-5 is very realistic for this team right now though.

except that is impossible because you play the bucs twice and the rams once.

Even though they have been playing like fuck and have one of the worst QBs in the league in Dellhome, i really liked carolina last year and they haven't lost much. Just been playing like shit. I almost put down the saints losing to CAR their last game, but at this point it's likely the panthers will be down and out and the saints will be fighting for a bye.

I also don't know about them losing to NE AND DAL at home.. maybe one of them, but both is kinda tough to say. They'll go around 12-4, 11-5

you live in cali??? on espn and stuff you really dont hear too much about him. hes just an all around great talent and he makes rivers look better than he actually is IMO. great all around player

but i've always liked the chargers colors/logo since i was a little kid and i saw them in the powder blues on TV and it was love at first sight

you know, i bust your balls because you love to make ridiculous and hyperbolic statements, but you were absolutely right about 1 thing..and i was completely wrong.

the saints D is damn good, and you called it before the season started. I can't believe i'm saying that, but greg williams really has them attacking and they made some really good acquisitions through free agency and the draft. I thought sharper was done and in decline...but the man can still play.

you guys will do really well in the playoffs if you can have home field advantage. The dome and the crowd really help the saints. Tough as shit to play there...

I think the giants are still the best team in the NFC and probably football from top to bottom, but it'll be interesting to see the game in 2 weeks. That said, if the saints had to play the giants in the playoffs in the meadowlands come january, i think the giants would take that easily. the saints are definetely not built for the cold

i think they can beat minnesota though IN minnesota if they had to play them there, just because of the dome factor. but that might be a moot point if they finish with a better record anyways
 
Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Teh Saints still have 75% of the season left to fuck it all up. Not saying theyre a bad team but still just sayin.

NFL seasons can change in an instant. injuries, weather, teams getting hot at the right team, etc. Shit, the bills were 4-0 last year and everyone was praising trent edwards as the man.

but it won't be for lack of talent if the saints sputter. their schedule is pretty favorable after the giants minus the games against the falcons.

thanks bro. yeah the saints D is like a new machine. unfortunately so its the Jets D which was why brees couldnt do too much. although i did call revis having a good game and he did shut down colston awesomely. i do think your right about playing the giants in the meadowlands in the playoffs will be a VERY tough game for the saints. i do think the saints will come off the by week and beat the giants at the dome. the saints have a good schedule considering they play atlants NYG Pats and the Cowboys all at home. in the grand scheme of things i think the saints will come out will a better record than the giants based on that. so hopefully we wont have to face that challenge.
