Had my license for over a year and only driven about 10 times.

Dad is putting me through Defensive Driving School for the day, I am so pissed. It’s like Dad, man, I have my license and I knowwwwwwwwww how to drive.

IT’s taking up my whole god damn Saturday, you know, I do have better things to do, like shop.

Contest it. Take it to court.

There is a myriad of tactics that you can use to get the ticket thrown out.

Ask for copies of the most recent certification on the radar gun that was used, also ask when the last time officer "Fat Fuck" had received training with said gun.

There are others, just can't recall all of them right now.

How fast were you going?? You said no way to 83???

Zen, being a "PO-PO" myself for the last 9 years I must say that that the idea of Radar cert and training logs will get you no where.
The guns here in Mi only are required to be certified once. Thats when we first receive them.
Training is done once for officers. No recert ever...
Sailorgirl, the best bet is to ask for a conditional dissmissal for 10 months. You will pay the fine but may avoid the points.
It usually works here in Mi.
INFO as far as traffic court wins and losses, POON DADDY is appx 5,000 and 2 ......
