if you're wondering what I'm talking about - some injury limitations are preventing me from doing too much squat work right now (I'm good for maybe one set before the pain kicks my ass) and I find this machine lets me work my legs without too much glute pain
has anyone had any expereince using it, and was there any transfer to the real lifts? It's not locked into any plane of motion but the hand rails are kinda tempting to cheat with
