rxhealthdrugs problem!

I placed an order but they sent me someone else's order. I submitted a ticket for the problem but haven't got a resolution yet. I also tried the live online support---useless--you can never get anyone on the online help. I've tried 5 times. Anyone ever had this happen and if so how long did it take to get it resolved?

damnit, i had a great experience with rx three months ago for a decent sized order. two weeks and everything arrived. now i am starting to see these negative threads and getting discouraged. i need to place another order next week and noone else beats their prices!

I'm waiting on my 5th order. Last one came in 9 days. My 3rd order got screwed up but needto got it taken care of. Don't worry, U will get ur stuff but it can take up to 21 business days. Longer if an error that needs to be corrected. All and all tho, for the quality of product and price u pay, its worth the occassional hassle for me.

Things can happen, but at least they work to fix the problems. Unlike other places.

Prices are the best and they work to make everybody happy... Thats all you need.

I panicked a little too early on my order and PM'd Need2. He contacted them and they informed that my products had already shipped and were on their way. It was here within 2 days of contacting him. Whatever problems you have with this company can be fixed by contacting Need2!

I been sick as shit for about 4-5 day and I also had my birthday this week end. So sorry I have been out for a bit. I am getting to all my pm's today. Trust me you got nothing to worry about. End result will be you just got a free order and they will ship out your order as well. So chill and now you just got a free order.
