Ruthless has great customer service and a good reputation with their orders. The site has been under construction for a bit and may be why you are having some issues there

yes your orders will be filled... as rick said, the site has been under construction for some time... it is an ntbm entity so you have no worries as to whether orders will be filled...

You can also head over to amazon and order from there....unless that has changed....from what I understood ruthless was using that as a store front
