Shanna contact this customer as soon as she saw this thread ( should post when she does so others know lol) and I also got a pm from the member and jumped into action contacting both Shanna (customer support for ruthless and Elite) and Lindsay ( N2BM customer support+) . Both have informed me that this Pack is ether on its way back to the customer or he should have gotten it today...
