Anybody know about any contact info for ruthless?? Phone #? Email? My shipment made it to Illinois nov 12 tracked it today and for some reason it is headed back to where it was shipped from.

Have had a similar issue but it's the shipping company u need to contact not ruthless. It's more than likely a mistake and is still on its way, for example I received a package today which according to tracking info is still in Chicago

Shanna contact this customer as soon as she saw this thread ( should post when she does so others know lol) and I also got a pm from the member and jumped into action contacting both Shanna (customer support for ruthless and Elite) and Lindsay ( N2BM customer support+) . Both have informed me that this Pack is ether on its way back to the customer or he should have gotten it today...
