Hello Im from Poland and i know as well Jelfa's products as Omnadren or Prolongatum but i never heard and saw Russian Omnadren.

its being made for sale in russian drug stores only

well according to http://rusmedserv.com/apteka/customer/search.php?substring=%CE%CC%CD%C0%C4%D0%C5%CD%20250 its made in Moscow and Poland however the brand is Polish, looking at the other pictures it looks fake to me!

it doesnt say anything about production site. But I can assure you, those are made in Poland for russian market only. Blue boxes instead of pink ones. slightly different label too.

Besides the Poland, the only other production site is in Bulgaria.
