What you are missing is the simple fact is that are NOT samples. Nor are they just pills from their private stores that they handed over. They are Rxs, made out not in his name but in two other person's name. How many times have you heard of two different people sharing the same meds from the same bottle.

Miami, FL -- June 26, 2006 -- Roy Black, Rush Limbaugh's attorney, issued the following statement today in response to several inquiries by the media:

While going through routine Customs inspection of luggage at Palm Beach International Airport upon his return from an international trip, Rush Limbaugh was detained by customs agents after they noticed a non-narcotic prescription drug, which had been prescribed by Mr. Limbaugh's treating physician but labeled as being issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes. After a brief interview, Mr. Limbaugh was permitted to continue on his journey.

i didn't say it was a random guy. But explain TWO DIFFERENT names on the bottle?

Well, for starters. there are services that allow legally prescribed medication to be mailed directly to your house. Rush could have used such a service. He has the money for such a service...

Here's one not too far from where he lives. Any LEGAL script can be filled and dispensed by mail.

Second, his physician could have arranged for the medication to be dispensed directly from the physicians office.

He did not have a sample pack
He did not have a 90 day supply from a foreign source
He was in violation of his probation and the medication was in someone else's name. It could have...and should have been removed from the original packing and placed into another container....without a name listed. Rush has to know this from his previous run-in's.
