I played basketball last night before I lifted. I'm an really out of shape bad. I hadn't done any vigirous exersizes since last summer but anyway. When I got into the guy I was give out. I can in did my speed work and got some water. Turned out I had a really good lifting sesion. I had alot of evergy...which wasn't expected. I lift hard and think it went well. Anyone else exersize before lifting? Would it hurt anything if I continued that cycle? I need to start running a little if nothing else to get in shape. Does it help to have the blood pumping like that?
