runnign speed on winny?

sprinters generally center their training around the olympic lift variations and full squats. Your best bet is to learn these from someone who knows their stuff, as you need alot of feedback on technique. If you are focussing on speed for track (as opposed to speed for football) it would be best to drop upperbody work down to a bare minimum. Since all sprinters are gifted with mostly fast-twitch muscle it is very easy for them to add on too much muscle mass where it is not needed. I know this is what messed up my track performance in college.

Also: most guys periodize their training from general strength to more sprint specific strength.

I improved my vert and block starts more from focussing on OL than from those strength shoe things. While plyo's have their place, they work alot better with a proper speed-strength base.
 
Hugh Gellats-- is there a website that you know of that has olympic lifts. Also would recommend a 50mg winny ED and a 40mg anavar ED stack to go with this training regimine?

Test prop is two weeks detechtable right? How long and how much should someone run a cycle of this in order to get decent gains?

50-100mg/day of Test Prop for 8 weeks, then Clomid for 3 weeks, 2-3 more weeks off, then switch to Anavar cycle for 12 weeks.
While on Test, use 10mg of dbol right after workout, on workout days only, for better muscles recovery, and don't forget to use Arimidex, to keep water retention to very minimum.
