runnign speed on winny?

I have been using it for 2 weeks now and it definitely has helped me bunches. I can run faster, I'm not out of breath (endurance) as much, and my legs don't tire as easily.
 
I've done sprint training while on different steroids, and I actually liked anavar better than winstrol for this purpose. Both are good for explosive strength without too much added mass, but the anavar seems to get me mentally more hopped up and also doesn't cause the stiffness and joint pain I get on winstrol.
 
What about improved hops?

Will this also help my vertical for jamming the bball in traffic?

And give me an example of a cycle or 2 to IMPROVE one's speed and/or vertical.

Most definitley winny has been shown to increase the density of fast twitch muscle fibers, the ones used for explosive strength. I am not sure about slow twitch but I assume so because of increased muscular indurance..
 
This questions probably more for the training board but, to promote a speed increase what lifts should you do to help with fast twich muscle fibers...?
