hey i was wondering what some of your workouts look like in terms of everything like how long cardio and lifting and stuff.
 
What is your goal? It is hard to give advice without knowing what your are trying to achieve. Weight loss? 5k? Marathon? A good place to start is runnersworld.com or runningtimes.com.

My goal is to lose a couple lbs i weigh 155 i want to get down to 140 for running. My body fat is around 14 percent i want that to be in single digits around 6. Will carido and abb work work with a low cal diet. My body burns around 1850 at resting i was thinking an intake of 1000 too 1500 with low carbs as well.

I would say if your goal is weight loss, You should do HIT cardio. I am sure there is a lot of info on what that is, here is a quick example

1 minute jogging
1 minute sprint
Do this for 20 minutes, and then cool-down.
 
1000 Calories is barely enough to sustain life. A low carb diet and endurance training is a bad mix. You can start with a low carb diet and increase as necessary, if you are feeling sluggish increase your carb intake until you get to the point of feeling good and still meeting your goals. You are heading in the right direction but it's not going to happen over night (at least safely). Not all carbs are treated equally.
