In addition to diet cheat day, tomorrow is also shooting up day. I love darting myself. I'll do it first thing in the morning. I can hardly wait.

Speaking of.........how is the diet going? We need an update please. :D

Treading water right now. I'm still "stuck" at 225. Haven't lost an ounce since I started the "cutting cycle" and my dietary discipline has been fer shit all week. I've gotta get things back on track. There have been two empty-calorie temptations that I've fallen for repeatedly over the past couple of weeks. The first is tortilla chips & salsa at work. I'll walk past the chip station and think "Oh, one chip won't hurt me." Then ten minutes later I get one more chip. Then another. Then I fill up a basket of chips and pour a bowl of salsa and carry them back to my booth. It's like an avalanche, once I start I can't stop.

The other downfall -- I've been keeping a bag of cheap 100% dextrose candies (Sweet Tarts or Smarties, depending on what's cheap this week...) in my glove box in the car, to use for my post-workout 100g carb blast. Lately I find that if I'm under stress, I start reaching for the glove box. I'm gonna have to stop leaving these things in my car, or find another way to get those post-workout carbs. Or change to a CKD...

At least I haven't gained any weight back. And while my weight hasn't changed in a couple of weeks, I still see SOME continued leaning, especially on my chest and shoulders. Damn jelly roll just won't go away though.

All is not lost, though, these are just temporary setbacks.

Oh, and thanks for asking. :)

Try gatorade powder in your post workout shake for a boost. Less likely to binge on that stuff. :)

Nothing wrong with a few set backs. It's perfectly normal. Just get back on track and keep going. :)
