Just curious if anybody uses the nautilus bent over row machine that you load with real plates? Its just like regular bent over BB rows except ur palms are facing your sides rather than behind you..wanted to try something other than BB rows and i felt it a little more in my inner/upper back..i dunno, just the thought of using a machine
