routine?

hey guys!

I have been workin out for a couple of years now and i have seen the results. I recently stopped working out for around 4 months and now i'm trying to get back into a good routine.

a little bit about me:

*20 years old
*former college soccer player
*5'4" 130 lbs.
*I have the time to work out 7 days a week

I am trying to add muscle but not get too huge. I'd like to gain maybe 10 lbs. I would like to be cut.

I'm not looking for anyone to put together a routine, if you want to be my guest, but I would like some suggestions on what to do.

Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift

Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Power cleans

You train on 3 nonconsecutive days per week.

So week 1 might look like:
Monday - Workout A
Wednesday - Workout B
Friday - Workout A

Week 2:
Monday - Workout B
Wednesday - Workout A
Friday - Workout B
