I am on a test/drol cycle, (well I will be in about a week) For about 4 months I have been doing a routine, and it has been working great. But I know that you are supposed to switch your workout rountines up every so ofter or so. What I am asking is when bulking, should I lift heavy/low reps or light/highreps. Right now I start off w/ 2 warmups and then ad weight for a total of about 5 sets till I reach my max, then a burnout then superset. What do you all think? Light or heavy on this cycle. And should I always add weight or just do like 5 sets to failure on the same weight. I am confused about this part.
