Im doin 4 caps helladrol, 2 caps beastdrol. I wanna know what routine I can do for ONLY STRENGTH. Im not sure whether to do a 5x5 template or if i should do a bb split, or a push/pull. When I come off im doing a 5x5 but while im on i dont know what to do!
I want to incorporate these exercises:
BB Bench
DB Press
BTN BB Military
DB Military
Deadlifts
Pullups
Squats
GHR's
Any other isolation stuff ill throw in when I feel like it. Like I said I just want strength, thanks guys
