i wanna train my delts, but also wanna train chest and tris 2x a week.
this is what i WAS doing
legs/back width/calf
chest/delts/tris
rest
back thickness/bis
chest/delts/tris/calf
rest
repeat
i thought that was too much on my delts so i kinda stopped training them all together, only for 2 weeks so far, which isnt bad. but where should i put them. my split now is this:
legs/back width/calf
chest/tris/trap
rest
back thickness/bis
chest/tris/calf
rest
repeat
so, should i train tris once a week instead of 2, and add chest and delts on the 2nd time i work chest?
