Routine help

Weight 175 lbs

Yesterday was my first time back in the gym in a year. I did a 2 mile bike ride at a fast pace as a warm up, then attempted maxes to see where my starting point is.

Squat : 215 (so sad :(...my PR is 415 for 5)
Bench: 195
Power Clean: 165


Those are my starting numbers. I want to get a total of 1000 lbs in the 3 lifts over the next year. Over the next 2 years, I want to lower my 100 meter time to 11 secs (lower if possible) so i can compete in Master's Track and Field.
Diet...I eat everything i can find! I burn off food if I even think about exercise....even at 32.
So those are my goals...oh yah, I want to look good, too.
I am extremly motivated and dedicated when it comes to training....a year off is the longest I have taken off since I was 15.

Open to some good routines, have at it v :D
