Ok i have a SMALL problem with my RC. I have had this before and it doesnt really do anything i just notice that something is wrong and i want to know what is causing it so i do not do it in the future and prevent damage i may do.

I have been warming up before i bench now and i think thats why my bench and press has been going up. Now i do these stretches.

This one i had slight twinge the first time or two i did it and now its fine doesnt hurt when i do these anymore. I do them with either a 10 or 15lb db what ever is laying there.

When i do these now i have been getting pain. Nothing bad but a twinge. I got it on my right shoulder last workout and it started to tighten up into the workout.

I know theres older guys on here who are RC injury pro's so my question is what muscle do these exercises hit in your RC and what could cause an injury to that muscle and how to prevent injuries before they happen.

I have always been plagued with shoulder issues as well so if anyone has input, I'd like to hear it.
One peice of advice for the juicers out there: If you have shoulder issues (or any joint issues)...
DON'T TAKE WINNY!!!!
 
Yeah the anti-e like quality of Winny is what I like and hate at the same time. It combats the possible bloating from t.est and d.eca which is a combo I love but damn it dries me out way too much. Nice vascularity too but it don't look so cool when you're super vascular yet growning in pain with light weight on the bar haha.
SL, I do that routine every day and it's added so much mobility to my shoulders as well as releaved a lot of pain but there is nothing that can be done for the pain that is cause by Winny except not taking it. The second half of the roller routine is the most painful for me to do (rolling out the kinks in the armpit/lat area). I let out a few tears during the first few days of doing that.
 
Just crurious, have any of you guys ever seen or used that medival torture device like shoulder strengthening bar that BK put up? BK do you own one and if so, do you like it? Does it do what it claims to do or just causes you pain with no gain?
 

Yeah buddy That shit right there is no bullshit!!! My deep tissue massuse beats the shit out of the armpit area every week. I got alot of issues right there. And the band over the head is brilliant. I was told to do it with a long wooden dowell.
Where the hell do you get that foam roller though without having to buy some knock off piece of shit thing that doesnt work?

elitefts.com get the black one that thing is stiff as hell and doesnt break down over time like cheap ones.
 
Thanks for the vid SL but im not so much looking for a warmup, just curious as to what part is damaged and if its just sore from being worked out. I never have pain in it unless i do that exact motion when warming up and even then its nothing bad just twinge at one spot, no movements hurt or have hurt.
