Roomates?

here's my question,
At what point do you throw out your roomates shit and break his knee caps?
I have two roomates right now, one of them just moved out though, sort of atleast, all her shit is left in her room and she was supposed to have been out on the first, plus she owes me money. My other roomate currently owe's me two months rent and his part of the bill for the past four months. I've got someone interested in renting my old roomates room, but her shit is still in there even though she was supposed to have it out three weeks ago.
here's some questions, would it be wrong of me to throw her shit outside? or should i just sell her bed and the rest of her belongings for the money owed me. My other roomate rarely is here and he's been avoiding me for about a month and half now, he says he's waiting for student loans to come through, but if he does'nt pay me by the end of the month i think i will be forced to throw his shit outside too. He told me last night he could get me 100 by next friday, i took that as an insult and gave him a piece of my mind, even though he was at work.
I don't really make that much money, and with all my bills and trying to support these lazy assholes i'm completely broke. I've barely been able to eat these past few days while waiting for my pay cheque.
We all were friends before moving in together but these two assholes are really testing my patience and i think pretty soon i will be forced to have a big burn pile with all their belongings.
i don't really know what i expect to hear from you bro's, probably stuff about how i'm letting them walk all over me. I just needed to get some shit off my chest

I don't keep body parts, but I use them as modified lawn darts trophies. So I guess, since I always win, that I do take body parts, but I give them to charity, once I have covered them in gasoline.

You're in a tight situation, no doubt. I've been there before....and it really, really sucks. My roomate from 3 years ago still ows me $25 and I count myslef lucky. That bitch never even bought toilet paper or toothpaste, always used mine.

I would set a deadline and if they don't meet it, toss their shit into the street.

If they're being real fuckwads then threaten legal action.

Unfortunetly, if thier deadbeats you probably won't get much (if any) of your cash back. Think of all the deadbeat mom's and dad's out there who skip out on child support....the cops probably won't waste much time trying to collect for you.
