With the improvements of Jay each year, I think it is gonna be a lot harder to give it to Ronnie again.

If Ronnie wins his planned record of 9 Mr.O in a row it'll be a disgrace. He's up on 40, has a GH Gut to make Ruhl jealous, and I think Jay will do it yet.

Another thing a lot of guys don't take into consideration is that a lot of these top guys have had liposuction on their waists-even the guys that had small waists to begin with do it. Anything that makes your waist smaller makes your upper and lower body look bigger/better. When you think about it, it's a fairly inexpensive(compared to HGH anyway)procedure that can dramatically improve your physique-literally overnight.
