WTH??
I looked at the massive guy doing the RDL's on the video that is on the page linked on the training sticky and did his form exactly.
As I came down I stuck my but out and kept my knees bent at approximately the same angle and my back perfectly straight, but I felt it ALL in my lower back which I do not mind because I want a wicked strong back, but I felt there was no hamstring involvement.
All the posts I read says this is a good hamstring workout as well? It seems I only get my hamstrings worked on SLDL's or GM's, but I have a feeling I am wrecking my back doing those.
