No, not really, although when i do these on leg days, my lower back is feeling it. I do Good Mornings instead of d. lifts, but maybe ill start incorporating dead lifts into my back workouts...it makes sense to. Plus, i love doing dead lifts...i love the feeling i get in my hamstrings afterwards.
Romanian deadlifts are a lot different than regular deads, they are a variation of good mornings. They are just a hamstring movement although you do incorperate some lower back in them. I would def. do these on my hip dominant or leg day because no upper back is being used in this movement. As for regular deads, i also do them on my hamstring day but I work traps on the same day so it works out pretty well.
