pb=pr personal best, mine is 200 pounds to get the ball rolling, I tried it for the first time today.

Tried one with a couple of guys in the gym the other week after doing some bicep work.

Hoisted up 170#. Then did timed holds with 100# - 45 sec or so.

Lots of fun - just have not tried the max out yet.

they are much, much harder. Rolling thunder is fat, slick because it is made of pvc pipe, and it rolls. My pesonal best is 220 on a platic rolling thunder. Just to give you a flavor for how much harder the plastic makes it, we have an old rolling thunder made of steel and I can get 280 on it--the implement is identical except for the material the rolling part is made of
