hi all,
I am 19 years old now and made the mistake of starting a course to early. Just before I turned 18 I took my first course, it was testosterone cypionate, and some dbol tabs, a few months later I took a course of winstrol and suspension. Before all of this I was about 74kg and 1.80m tall, after all of it I was 90kg at apprx 12% body fat, I did my research before and took the right dose and all, but made the mistake of not taking an anti estrogen. I now realise taking juice at that age was a huge mistake, but my mind set was so towards it. Anyway I started traing last week again after being off for 6 months coz of varsity, i am now 81kg and i dont want to take juice again,can any one advice me to if im going to be very badly impacted by taking a course so young or if it wont impact my life if i dont take again? aswel as any tips of supplements i should look at talking now? as i dont want to take juice again, my training program and diet is spot on. Any advice or comments?? Please no nasty replies about the juice thing as iv realised I was dumb and want to sort it out
