roids and a few questions

hey all. bout to get on the sustonon 250 and just need sum advice as u hear different strories left right and centre

what length course should u do and what dosage. been told 1ml 1st week then 2ml for another 4 weeks. is this correct.

what should i take with it. been told protein powder, multi aminos, creotine, chrysinol, and amino acids as a liver cleaner. is this correct

also with diet...im pretty lean and athletic as it is as i play aust rules football and dont eat many carbs as it is. im 81kg and 6 ft 1 and like i said bugga all body fat..almost a 6 pac. should i increase the carbs a fair bit on the sus or just stay on this high protein low carb way of eating as i was stay pretty ripped.

any other advice etc would be greatly appreciated

just recently turned 30 is that helps

also my overall goal is to get to about 87-88kg and stay lean. cant really get much bigga as aust rules footy requires way to much cardio and agility

It seems like you have a lot of research to do before you start IMO.
Have you got your PCT lined up yet??

Make sure you know what your doing on all aspects first or your just wasting your time.
