tiger's a step behind, you can't go with paper first. here's the deal:

everyone thinks you'll go with rock first, so the common response would be to do paper, so my opponent will think i'm gonna do paper to thwart the rock i think he's gonna do, but he's smarter than that, and he does scissors because he thinks i'm predictable, but instead i give him the rock and i am victorious.

i've done rock the last 17 times i've played, and haven't lost yet.

u have to think through all the levels of progression and make sure u think one level

ahead of your opponent
