Long time no see man!!! Hope things are well with you.

I was wanting to ask you what you thought about ALA. Seems to be the "supp du jur" lately. Any thoughts?
 
Hey wsup buddy? I've been away from the boards for a long time. ALA is still my favorite supplement. Currently I'm dieting, and take 300mg in the am w/ carbs and another 300 post workout w/ my dextrose/whey. It's funny to see all these ALA posts up now, now it's becoming much more popular. But as far as dieting, I have noticed a big difference when taking and not taking. Incidently, there may be no reason for this whatsoever, but I do cycle it. As also I do w/ all supplements.

Eh, you know me. I'm always here. I love the punishment. :)

I've been taking 1200-1800 per day, with no noticeable changes yet. I'm on a mod carb diet. So the jury's still out on it with me. Anyway, good to see you too bro!!
 
I've lost some weight, I honestly feel ALA has helped somewhat w/ carb intake, and possibly muscle preservation. I stress 'possibly' however. Good stuff... always loved it.
