Hey wsup buddy? I've been away from the boards for a long time. ALA is still my favorite supplement. Currently I'm dieting, and take 300mg in the am w/ carbs and another 300 post workout w/ my dextrose/whey. It's funny to see all these ALA posts up now, now it's becoming much more popular. But as far as dieting, I have noticed a big difference when taking and not taking. Incidently, there may be no reason for this whatsoever, but I do cycle it. As also I do w/ all supplements.
