a good bodybuilding diet would be best. losing fat aint easy, and most fat burning supps don't do anything, period. the brutal truth.
in short depth: what you put into your mouth and swallow has to change. dont expect to keep the same diet and add a fat burner and see amazing results. expect to change your diet to your needs, then add the fat burner for a SLIGHT bonus effect.
I did EPH burn 25 and all i really got out of it was a bad over all feeling of jitters, terrible sweating in social situations, all which made me feel like SHIT which in turn caused me to eat bad foods because i was losing hope in it all..lol
