im not using 1-test or anything better.. I cant gain more than 15lbs realistically in 1 month. 10 lbs being water. That would really put that much strain on my heart?
My question basically is... by using Ripped Fuel Extreme to cut a bit and get an energy boost, will it make me unable to gain, as in burning off calories too quickly, etc. i know some people cant work out w/out some ECA stack and i know some people dont even cycle them, they have done them for years straight.
