I like Boach a lot better. I'm going to miss the Karma and the posts but it's for the best. This handle makes me sound old. Long live Boach!!!

Boach is a nickname off my last name. It was created and used by some of my closest friends. In that way, it's important to me. I feel that since I spend so much time on Elite Fitness, you guys have every right to call me by my nickname. I consider you all friends of mine.
