i aint being funny like, but it is nigh on impossible to get that shredded, at any decent size, without "assistance"
and regarding rimonabant, i feel the same. no need to use it. i thought it was more of a last ditch thing, before the gastric band, that they try couch potato fatties on, as opposed to a chem bodybuilders use to help them get from about 7-8% to 4-5% ?
i would be interested in hearing from someone who has tried it for this purpose. not for me, i dont really need to cut, my turbo metabolism pretty much takes care of that for me lol.
in toms defense he has a great book and is truly is a wealth of knowledge and i do believe that it is possible to get that low with the right dedication, i personally do not have that level of dedication but thumbs up to anyone who will go to that extent.
