Time to get into the best shape I have ever been in.

For too long my physique has been in limbo and I have been going half assed in and out of the gym, time to just fucking go for it and commit.

Stuff I wanna do is maintain/build the muscle I have and lose qiute a good amount of bodyfat. Why is the bodyfat there? because I eat too much bad food, so obviously my diet is changing hugely as of now, I may get onto ckd as I have done it in the past with decent results and found it easyish to stick to.

I wanna get from about 20% bodyfat to about 10%, I have planty of muscle so just wanna not look like a bloated sea-cow. I wanna be able to walk into anywhere and have women all over me......shallow.......maybe....truthful....yes.

so I went to the gym today, just for a reminder squat workout, it felt good and my diet has been decent so far today

I am doing this for myself though, no-one else. I am giving myself 6 months to show huge improvments, so by August I should be very different, with a view to perhaps entering a show or at least getting some professional photos done in the new year.

i will be updating everyday, so just hang out here, encourage me, shout at me, whatever

Everyday you don't make it to the gym or eat right I am going to make a bloated sea-cow post about you. :evil:

Seriously though best of luck to you on this, stay the course and work hard. Six months should show some great results if you put the work in.

right, today and yesterday went ok, I am going out tonight with friends for a 'last supper' of sorts, then tommorow starting ckd I think

good luck and stick with it! the results will be motivation enough. post up what you plan to do if that helps. keep a training journal on here if you'd like. it works great for accountability...plus people will be on your ass if you don't post in it regularly. you've stated the goal, now its time to live up to it. :)

second day of ckd and I already crave carbs bad, real bad

I really miss cups of tea lol.

What do you bench? I bet it's quite respectable. I don't see how your not strong, your forearms are bigger than my calves and arms.

you went straight from crappy diet to cdk?
that seems a bit too drastic
maybe go clean foods, then lower carbs some
then go cdk?
 
ok, day 5 of ckd I think and it is going ok, it is hard, but seems to be working already

been to the gym the past 2 days and did judo on one and cardio on the other so that's good
