I'm about 6'2 around 180 lbs. I was originally 160 but put on around 15-20 pounds over winter. About what size do you wanna be before thinkin about a cycle? Should i put on a few more pounds and try to get around 190+ first? It's hard for me to gain but lately i havent been doing any cardio, i just eat. I've talked to a couple guys on here already, including needto he's been alot of good help. but i'm sure it's alot of other experienced dudes on here so shoot? what do yall think? And any tips on food to put on weight? I currently do like, 3-4k a day in calories but i have a high metabolism. I eat alot of chicken, couple bowls of jumbalia (rice, brocoli, beef sausage) a day, about 1,000 or so cals in sandwiches during lunch hours, bunch of milk and water. Just havin trouble lettin go of the soda and shit. it's gonna burn a hole in my stomach lol
