Although not the most pleasant subject, many in Kentucky, as in other states, were on the wrong side of the law. I have been asked so many times if there was a list of those who had been executed in the state. This list is NOT complete. If the surname appears in parenthesis, it is the slave owner's last name.

Considering how many men on death row have been proven innocent, even just lately, can you imagine how many innocent guys who were accused of rape might be spending their lives behind bars? Rape sickens me, but so do women who falsely accuse- and that seems to happen entirely too often. Too often for a life sentence without exception.

While I totally agree that our justice system is fucked to say the least, what should we do? Stop convicting people because we are scarred of convicting someone innocent?

I do agree though that more conclusive evidence should be present before we execute someone or lock them up for life. If there is a video tape, dna, confessions, etc then I dont give a shit about these people. We are better off with them dead.

Then there is also this thought. Some would rather execute a few innocent people rather than letting murders and rapist get out of jail on parole and killing many more which is very common.

As much as I hate rapists, and believe me, I hate them with a passion that you could not understand unless someone close to you was brutally and repeatedly raped, I have to say that because women are such lying, devious creatures with no concept of personal accountability, I would say tenatively that no, rapists should not be executed unless the guy is on film doing it or something...Many a time has a woman accused a guy of raping her, oftentimes when she was simply to embarassed that she spread her legs and gave it up.

I guess the same applies if a man "claims" that he was raped. He probably just wanted to see what it was like, then he felt guilty because he spread his legs.

Men are assaulted by strangers in secluded places or when hitchhiking. Like women, they are also sexually assaulted by acquaintances. And also like women, men are sexually abused as children by relatives, baby-sitters and other adults.

Men are frightened, emotionally scarred, and painfully injured by sexual assault and abuse, much like the experience of women. Men are often brutally beaten during the course of their attacks.
